Carol Fishman Cohen is the co-author of the acclaimed career reentry strategy book Back on the Career Track: A Guide for Stay-at-Home Moms Who Want to Return to Work (Hachette/Grand Central), and the co-founder of iRelaunch (www.iRelaunch.com), a company producing career reentry programs, events and content for employers, universities, organizations and individuals. iRelaunch signature products include the Career Relaunch Forum, a return to work conference for mid-career professionals on career break looking to return to work, the Relaunch Circles coaching program, the Back on the Career Track webinar series, and customized career reentry programs for companies and universities. Carol and her co-author and business partner Vivian Steir Rabin, are both Harvard Business School graduates and relaunchers themselves - between them, they have nine kids and they each returned to work after multi-year career breaks before writing Back on the Career Track and starting iRelaunch. They have presented their return to work strategies to almost 5,000 people at 90 events since 2006. Their Back on the Career Track blog is a weekly feature on Yahoo Shine! (Yahoo's women's portal) and they are regularly quoted in the national press, including TIME, the Wall Street Journal, NPR, the New York Times, the Boston Globe, Money, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, Family Circle, MSNBC, and more. Carol's return to investment firm Bain Capital after 11 years out of the full time workforce is documented in a Harvard Business School case about professional career reentry. Carol can be reached at info@iRelaunch.com.
